104 Woodcrest Road | Cherry Hill, NJ

NFI Real Estate developed this new state-of-the-art 162,150 SF spec infill warehouse and distribution facility complete with 37 loading docks, 36 off-building trailer parking spaces, and 58 car parking spaces. With immediate access to major NJ arterial highways, this facility is also less than 10 miles to the bridges into Philadelphia, PA.

155 Industrial Drive | Suffolk, VA

This build-to-suit transload facility is strategically located near the Port of Virginia in the Northgate Commerce Center only 10 miles to Virginia International Gateway and 16 miles to Norfolk International Terminal. This 94,296 SF facility features 135 dock doors, 485 trailer parking spaces, and 129 car parking spaces.

5353 E McKinney Road | Baytown, TX

This build-to-suit transload facility for our Port Services operating company is located in the Cedar Port Industrial Park only 14 miles to Barbours Cut Terminal and 18 miles to the Bayport Terminal. This 169,120 SF facility has 200 dock doors, 960 trailer parking spaces, and 200 car parking spaces. 

Jamison Court Build to Suit Cold Storage | Terrell, TX

NFI Real Estate worked with a food and beverage client for a build-to-suit of a 117,000 SF cold storage facility located in the East Dallas submarket. Utilizing our internal supply chain engineering teams, we optimized the location from a transportation perspective and assisted in the design of the facility and racking layout. The project features -10 and -45 degree temperature zones, a 36-degree cold dock, 36′ clear ceilings, and land for future expansion.
