2001 Interchange Way Warehouse | Quakertown, PA

Lehigh Valley is one of the largest markets NFI operates in. As space continues to get tighter we continue to pioneer new locations close to Lehigh Valley. Just off the PA Turnpike, this site is extremely well-located and gives great access. This 264,600 SF warehouse features 30 dock doors, 29 trailer parking spaces and 236 car parking spaces.

2901 Channahon Street Crossdock Facility | Joliet, IL

NFI Real Estate recently delivered in Joliet, IL. This 117,000 SF crossdock facility features 140 dock doors, 598 trailer parking positions, 7,350 SF of office and is strategically located at the I-80/I-55 Interchange within minutes of the UP and BNSF intermodal terminals. The project was designed to maximize throughput with a focus on employee safety. We continue to focus on developing modern facilities located in close proximity to our nation’s gateway ports and major inland industrial markets.

9890 Bonnie View Road Expansion | Dallas, TX

NFI Real Estate purchased the building in 2018 and expanded it to double the size in 2021 in one of our biggest markets, Dallas, TX. We continue to find creative ways to grow in our key markets. This 595,044 SF expansion has 169 car parking spaces and 124 trailer parking spaces.

9300 Bonnie View Road Drop Yard | Dallas, TX

To further our footprint, we purchased land adjacent to our facility and created a state-of-the-art 10.8 acre drop yard consisting of 242 trailer parking spots.
