Camden, N.J., April 17, 2025 – NFI was named one of the TCA’s Inaugural Elite Fleet Certified Carriers of 2025. After a thorough evaluation, this award marks NFI as one of the year’s “Best Places to Drive.”
Kicking off the inaugural class of Elite Fleet Carriers, the Truckload Carriers Association recognizes NFI and other North American for-hire carriers for exhibiting exceptional work environments, going above and beyond to support their drivers, and offering highly competitive compensation to their staff. The University of Denver’s Transportation & Supply Chain Institute has partnered with the TCA on this initiative to recognize carriers who meet and exceed the mark for employee appreciation.
Fleets were evaluated based on safety, driver satisfaction, compensation, equipment, and other categories and combined with driver and independent contractor survey results.
