Sid Brown, CEO of NFI, will speak at the Philadelphia Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Executive Summit, taking place on June 6, 2019 at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing. The keynote session titled, “Inside the Mind of a Strategic CEO,” will discuss the importance of creating a clear strategy for human resources leaders, as well as the values and beliefs that drive leadership.
During the session, Brown will explore how human resources leaders can garner collaboration around common goals and drive results while enhancing strategic communications. Additionally, Nancy Stefanowicz, SVP of Human Resources at NFI and Philadelphia Summit Governing Body Chair, will participate in a panel titled, “Maximize Business Value with a Next-Generation Employee Experience.” The panel will discuss how organizations can create greater productivity and increase retention through a human-centered experience.
“To remain competitive in today’s complex market, it’s essential to create strategic responses that enhance the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent,” said Brown. “NFI has grown tremendously since its inception in 1932, doubling its employee count over the past 10 years. The company continues to place a greater emphasis on investing in its people and being the employer of choice, with HR playing a significant role in connecting NFI’s business strategy with its people strategy.”
