Leading supply chain solutions provider, NFI, has announced a partnership with the Philadelphia 76ers, which makes them a Founding Partner of the new Philadelphia 76ers Training Complex and the Official Logistics Provider of the team. Based in Cherry Hill, N.J., the 3PL is committed to growth in the City of Camden and South Jersey community.
As the Official Logistics Provider of the Philadelphia 76ers, NFI managed the team’s move from its current practice facility at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine to the new 125,000 square foot Training Complex in Camden, N.J. NFI will also oversee the business operations move from their current offices in the Navy Yard to the new Training Complex after the New Year. As a Founding Partner, NFI branding will be integrated throughout the Complex, and NFI employees will receive access to the Complex for unique Sixers experiences.
“NFI is excited to be a Founding Partner of the Philadelphia 76ers Training Complex and the Official Logistics Provider for the team’s move to Camden,” said NFI President & Vice Chairman Jeff Brown. “Rooted in South Jersey, NFI sees this partnership as a great opportunity to support our hometown team while being a part of the reinvestment occurring in the City of Camden. Our organization looks forward to teaming up with the Sixers and delivering benefits for our community, employees, and customers throughout the region.”
NFI is joined by four other businesses as the “Starting Five” Founding Partners. The Philadelphia 76ers Training Complex will be celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday, September 23rd.
“On the court, in our business and in our communities, we pride ourselves in being strategic and innovative,” said Philadelphia 76ers Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Chris Heck. “In NFI, we find a company whose values and desire to think progressively and connect authentically with the South Jersey business community matches our own. We are proud to share our new home, the Philadelphia 76ers Training Complex, with NFI and like-minded partners.”
