NFI, a leading supply chain company headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is proud to receive the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) 2014 New Good Neighbor Award for NFI Park at Florence Crossings.
“We are delighted to be awarded as an NJBIA Good Neighbor, and would like to thank Florence Township for nominating NFI for this honor,” said NFI President and Vice Chairman Jeff Brown. “Florence Township has supported the growth of NFI in the area and continues to work closely with our team to ensure an efficient development process.”
NFI Park at Florence Crossings is a business park totaling 1.65 million square feet of development opportunity conveniently located a half-mile from Exit 6 on the NJ Turnpike at the crossroads of the PA Turnpike. The park is home to two build-to-suit projects developed by NFI on behalf of Subaru of America and Express Scripts Holding Company. The two buildings, which total almost 765,000 square feet, offer expansion opportunities for each tenant and will create approximately 750 full time jobs and result in nearly 675 construction-related jobs.
The NJBIA recognizes the complex for bringing substantial economic growth and development to the state of New Jersey. The award panel considered each nominee on the basis of economic benefit/job creation, architectural merit, and community involvement.
NFI Park at Florence Crossings was also awarded the Industrial Deal of the Year Award by the NJ Chapter of NAIOP. Click here to view the press release.
